On November 1, Todd Zywciki will discuss “The Rule of Law and Western Civilization:
Origins, Influence, Impact.” Zywicki is the George Mason University Foundation Professor of Law at the Antonin Scalia Law School. The lecture will be held at 5:30 p.m. in Room G85 of Myron Taylor Hall. The lecture is co-sponsored by the Cornell Political Union, the Cornell Chapter of the Heterodox Academy, and the Program on Freedom and Free Societies.
From 2003-2004, Professor Zywicki served as the Director of the Office of Policy Planning at the Federal Trade Commission. In 2009, Professor Zywicki was the recipient of the Institute for Humane Studies 2009 Charles G. Koch Outstanding IHS Alumni Award.
